La Bifora, an antique and prestigious window which is highly characteristic of Siena, lends its name to our catering company and represents the reasons that encourage us, every day, to grow and enhance the added value of the service we offer through the commitment and the professional approach to our work. One of the interpretations attributed to La Bifora refers to the functional aspect of the two doors that characterise it, one considered to be the “door of men”, through which men were sometimes allowed to ascend into the sky among the gods, and the other classed as a sort of “door of the gods”, through which they descended to the mortal world.

Our strength lies in the composition of the staff organisation, which consist of 6 partner-directors operating in the different key areas of the company. Each of them is responsible for and specialised in a specific phase of the organisation of our work: public relations, food, wine, decorations, service and planning weddings.
La Bifora was established in 2001 and thanks to the team’s tenacity it has succeeded over the years in offering highly specialised and efficient top quality services at competitive prices, always perfectly in line with the client’s requirements.
