Traditional and skilfully made, Tuscany Food is inspired by patient attention to the combination of meticulously chosen ingredients and is distinguished by well-balanced proportions, simple flavours and a close link with typical local products.

To promote the excellence of this food, The Region of Tuscany has created the Piramide Alimentare Toscana [Tuscan Food Pyramid] also known as PAT, with the aim of making the most of the typical products of the region’s gastronomic tradition, among the best in the world in terms of taste, quality, originality, healthiness and cost-effectiveness. Our food is refined and exclusive, and we offer a wide variety of menus. Our chefs are specialised in the preparation of all the sweet and savoury dishes of Siena and of Tuscany, made in the traditional way using only local ingredients, all envisaged and recommended by the PAT. Moreover, everything is made entirely on our premises, to ensure the desired result.

We have the pleasure of working with some of the most important Italian and international Chefs who will be delighted to place their art, professionalism and experience at the disposal of our clients.

Our Chefs, aided by our kitchen staff, are specialised in the preparation of menus for those who suffer from food intolerances or allergies, such as celiac disease and diabetes, as well as for those who prefer not to eat specific foods, such as vegetarians and vegans.
